THE BRASS TACKS
We leverage the fields of mindfulness and music therapy to help participants navigate the emotional and cognitive complexities of their roles. Through a 2-hour, live workshop and an asynchronous library of wellness resources, participants are introduced to practical tools and techniques that promote a reconnection with their current and future professions.
The training represents a teachable moment not only for personal self-care, but professional application of the soft skills in clinical practice. Participants emerge with self-compassion skills, insight into stress-reduction and burnout-prevention techniques, and a deep knowing of how to advocate for themselves as the first step toward becoming a change agent for patients.
