- Active Minds at Maryland: Works to increase mental health awareness on campus and encourage students to reach out for help when needed.
- Parks & Trails Close to Campus: Numerous safe and forested trails on, around, and near campus worth exploring!
- RecWell: Physical activities that provide better sleep, improved mood, a strong immune system, social connection with others, and more energy.
- TerpZone: Services and a facility to support the social, educational, and recreational mission of the Adele H. Stamp Student Union.
- UMD/National Mental Health Resources: Comprehensive list of national mental health resources, including various crisis helplines, student organizations at the University of Maryland, and additional online resources for mental health support.
- Help Center: A peer counseling and crisis intervention hotline run and operated by trained undergraduate students at University of Maryland.
- Lean On Me: Anonymous peer-to-peer support text line.
- Students Engaged in Public Health: Student organization of the Public Health Science program.
- Mental Health Coalition: Brings together students and staff who share a passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to furthering the mental health and well-being of the community.
- SUCCEEDS: Resource dedicated to UMD students with ADHD struggling with academic, social, and/or mental health difficulties.
