❤️ Siena College Wellness Resources
- The Grotto: Provides a special sacred space for prayer, contemplation, healing and peace, and is a favorite place for members of the Siena community to visit.
- Damietta Office: Provides support, services, and events that promote diversity in an engaging way.
- Sr. Thea Bowman Center for Women: Fosters advocacy efforts for social justice, gender equality, and women’s development. Sponsors yoga classes on Wednesday nights.
- Health Promotion: Serves as a campus resource on a range of health related issues including alcohol and other drug use, mental and emotional health, anxiety and stress reduction, healthy relationships, and spiritual well-being.
- Fitness Center: Features two floors of weight ad workout equipment, yoga studio, and multiple squash courts. Includes and indoor track and cardio machines.
- Library: Provides resources and services in support of the curricular and research needs of students and faculty.
- Roger Bacon: Tucked away in the Science Building is a plant room that serves as a green oasis.
- The Crossings Park of Colonie: 130 acre park features a pond, acres of meadows, marshy wetlands and extensive wooded and wildflower areas—all of which are connected by 6.5 miles of multi-use trails for walking, running, biking and in-line skating that wind across the natural landscape.
