- Counseling and Psychological Services: C&PS offers a wide range of services to help students obtain support for a variety of presenting concerns.
- Cultural Centers: Support student success through a framework that addresses equity, justice, and inclusion. Creative spaces that help students find comfort and peace—board games, craft centers, etc.
- Outdoor spaces:
- Turtle Pond: A tranquil campus spot known for its sun-basking red-eared slider turtles, making it a popular location for studying, lunching, and finding creative inspiration.
- Mediterranean Garden: A collection of plants from the five Mediterranean Ecosystems around the world, all of which have wet, mild winters and warm, dry summers.
- Native and Indigenous Healing Garden: New garden representing Indigenous populations. Indigenous plants, murals, etc.
- Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union: Home away from home and the community center for the SDSU campus.

- Balboa Park: San Diego’s ever-changing, always amazing, 1,200-acre backyard.
- Mission Bay Aquatic Center: One of the world’s largest instructional waterfront facilities. Participants experience surfing, sailing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, stand up paddling, waterskiing, kayaking, and windsurfing. SDSU students get free and discounted lesson rates.
