Andrew is a facilitator and strategist working at the intersection of the arts, mental health, and education. With a background in business management and over a decade of experience in arts-based programming, he has led initiatives that use creative expression to foster connection, resilience, and well-being across diverse communities.
As Managing Director of an international nonprofit, Andrew oversaw large-scale arts and mental health projects, coordinating workshops in over 150 schools and institutions. His work has focused on designing immersive programs that address burnout, emotional health, and belonging—especially among students, educators, and marginalized populations.
Outside his facilitation work, Andrew has spent 20+ years in performance, with a focus on a cappella and musical theater. He founded and directed a New York City-based a cappella ensemble that performed in hospitals, schools, and community centers, using music as a tool for connection and care.
